COVID-19 Updates

Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, there have been some changes to lodge and section plans.

“While there are no COVID-19 cases in our scouting community, it has become necessary for the council to take further steps to support our health and safety. Our programs and services will continue as scheduled with the following updates.” One such update was the cancellation of this weekend’s fellowship.

“Today, the Southern Region Section Seven A leadership team, in consultation with the leadership of Shenandoah Lodge and Virginia Headwaters Council, has made the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 SR-7A Conclave to October 2-4, 2020 at Camp Shenandoah.”

These are upsetting developments but are to ensure the safety of everyone in our lodge and the greater community.
